With your percentile, your rank might be around 16k to18k. With this rank, top IIITs are difficult to get a seat into because they have quite high cut offs. You might have a shot at colleges like IIIT-Dharwad, IIIT-Kalyani, IIIT-Lucknow etc. You can refer to the below link to get more info.
