Air ticketing course can be taken after adding 12th standard. You can take up the following course of you have interest in aviation sector. It is a job oriented Diploma course. The course duration is not exceedingly long either. Diploma in Air Ticketing course is also known as Diploma in Airline Ticketing course. Even though the names are slightly different, the course content remains same in case of each course. Through this course you will achieve job at the front desk, reception, ticket counter etc. Here the work hours are fixed and the work load is not very high.

Students who have passed 10+2 in any stream (Arts, Commerce or Science) are eligible to pursue this course. The course duration could be anywhere between 6-12 months. Course duration usually varies from one institute to another. The skills that you would need for this course includes good communication skills, problem solving skills and being able to pacify customers and help them in their issues. You should also be good in computer applications and be well informed about passports and VISAs.
