Hello Shreya!
While uploading the documents for PGIMER, Chandigarh 2020, you need to follow the guidelines given below :-
Candidates will have to upload scanned copy
of: -
a) Recent passport size color photo (maximum of 50-200 KB Size in JPEG/JPG format)
b) Recent scanned signature (maximum of 50-200 KB Size in JPEG/JPG format)
c) Category/Caste certificate (OBC/SC/ST/PwBD)-maximum 1 MB size, in JPG/JPEG format.
d) Date of birth proof document as per guidelines (Maximum 1 MB size, in JPG/JPEG format).
e) Qualifying Degree certificate (maximum 1 MB size, in JPG/JPEG format).
I'll suggest you to go once through its prospectus and 'Manual for online application' for the necessary details.
You might be aware that the portal for online application is open from today i.e. 17th March and the last date is 16th April, 2020.

The documents required during fillibg of PGIMER Application Form 2020 are as follows along with their maximum size and format:-
- Passport-sized Photograph - 100 KB - JPG
- Signature of the Candidate - 100 KB - JPG
- Internship Certificate - 1 MB - JPG
- Category Certificate (if applicable) - 1 MB - JPG
