Hi,Ip and Amity, both universities are known for their great excellence in the field of academic. Ip is a government universities comes in central Delhi but most of their affiliated colleges are private. Though Amity is a private university but it is recognised by a UGC India. In the ranking list of top 100 universities of India on overall basis 2017 provided by National institutional ranking framework HRD India. MHRD, National Institute Ranking Framework (NIRF) Amity holds at 86th position but there is no name of Ip in the listIf you are looking for a non-techinical course like BBA or BALLB or BCOM or other courses, you should definitely give priority to Amity because of its high facilities, links to other foreign universities and highly qualified faculty and high records in placement. Other thing is sports, if are good at any physical sports then you can definitely get the chance to play at high level from Amity. And if you looking for a techinical courses like B.tech or B.Sc you can opt IP if and only if you get enrolment in top 3-5 Engineering colleges because these colleges only have professional faculties.Amity engineering college ie. ASET is also great with its fully equipped laboratories and with nice infrastructure but there is about 15 to 20 percent of faculty which are not highly professional and ruin the name of Amity. One thing you will definitely hate while studying in Amity is their strict rules and protocols which sometime are very much irritating like you have to maintain exactly above 75% of attendance, even if you are at 74.99% they will debarre you in the subject. Other thing is that in most of the colleges there are around 8 subjects in a semester but in Amity the digits goes to 10 to 14 in a semester and last thing is the high fees for studying in Amity.Hope this will clear your doubts and concern regarding the selection of university.

Hello, Muskan

Amity University will provide you a good platform for the competitive world if you are serious with your studies. Also, they prepare you to cope up with the world which is much important than placing you in a corporate. Placements are decent of Amity Law School which is also a major concern.

The fee to study at Amity is high. Every semester you need an investment of about Rs 1 lakh cause you pay fees semester wise which increases yearly. Reviews of Amity Law school are not that great.
