You should work On your communication skills .
You should have confidence in your self and learn how to answer well to each question asked .
Prepare for interviews by talking to more and more people .
Ask your parents to conduct interview for you .
In this way you can achieve self confidence.

- Why your being interviewed, the motive behind it
- Do good research regarding the company and role you are applying for
- Practice your speaking skill and work on your body language
- Conduct mock interviews
