hello,Are u really saying...for obc category 150+ is sufficient?even with negative marks? if we get 150+ among the 1.9lakh candidates...thn we really deserve a seat in jipmer puducherry...though i am a puducherry candidate!hope u reply for the doubt

Cut-off list vary year to year it depends upon the difficulty level of the paper if it is easy then the cut-off will be higher and if it is difficult then the cut-off will be low that's why I have given you the range that you have to score above that and from 2018 onwards there will be negative marking so the chances are their that the cut-off will be less in comparison to previous year.
