I can understand your situation and trust me when I say this that you are not alone.Lakhs of candidates have applied for JEE and almost all of them are in some sort of stuck situation because there are lot of this going on which is not in control of anyone and this taking a toll on mental stability but you know what? the most powerful ability of human being which has made us the most powerful living being in this planet and that has helped us to survive is " Adaptability" and this is something that you have to do.As Bruce Lee once said - "Be like water".
You should focus on things that you cant control instead you should focus on this which are in your hand and currently all that you have in your hand is your Books and time.Just focus on that and utilize the time in best way possible.Take 8 hour sleep, meditate, eat well, talk to loved ones and forget about negative things.
As far as JEE mains is concerned, you have already performed very well in the JEE mains January session and you should be confident and proud of your performance.Just keep that same Josh throughout and you will surely do well in this attempt too.Just be positive and give your best everyday.
I hope this helps.
Hey!
JEE Mains is conducted twice a year and the best scores out of two are considered to take admission in any college. For example, if you score less than 97 percentile in September attempt 2020,then score of Jee Mains January (97 percentile) will be considered.
Hope I answered your query
Thank you
