Hello aspirant,

Yes, you are eligible for NEET, even with 45% disability. However, you may want to get a disability certificate made in advance.

According to the MCC' brochure, Candidates who consider themselves eligible for this category are advised to ensure their eligibility by getting themselves examined at any Government Medical College/District/Hospital. Hence, to avail the 5% Pwd quota, you will be required to present your disability certificate.

You can check out more information regarding the same, through this brochure- https://neet.nta.nic.in/webinfo/File/GetFile/?FileId=83&LangId=P
