so i have taken commerce in my cbse school but instead of choosing applied maths i chose computer science where im somewhat doing alright in the subject and name few colleges that allow students to study aviation management without maths.
Hello Sam,
You can pursue aviation management without maths at some colleges, especially in private institutions and specialized aviation academies. A few options include:
- Hindustan Aviation Academy (Bangalore)
- Galgotias University (Greater Noida)
- Ajeenkya DY Patil University (Pune)
- SJES College of Management Studies (Bangalore)
- Remo International College of Aviation (Chennai)
These institutions often have flexible entry requirements, allowing students from commerce backgrounds, even without maths, to apply. Always check specific admission criteria for the latest information.
Hope it helps !
Hello,
While most colleges may offer Aviation Management, provided you have undertaken Computer Science as an additional subject in the commerce stream, there are several colleges that will also consider you for this program without any mathematics prerequisite. So here are some of the colleges that consider all three streams of students and do not require math as a compulsory major/ core subject. Those are:
1. UPES, Dehradun, University of Petroleum and Energy Studies
2. Ajeenkya DY Patil University, Pune
3. Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science, Chennai
4. Institute of Logistics and Aviation Management (ILAM), campuses across India.
5. Amity University, Noida
These colleges are dedicated to the management aspects of flying so are open to students who have Commerce as a stream and do not have Maths. Do verify the admission process along with entrance exams at the college level.
