So if i apply for both merit and entrance based admission in DU,and secure a seat in SRCC and even fill the college form but dont fully pay the fees and wait till the jat results are out ,will i still be eligible to join SRCC?

Hello,
It basically depends on terms and conditions of that administration department. As per it is an admission they expect to pay full amount as per seat reserved. Because later if you want to opt other colleges or course they may loose your seat which somebody have asked so they may not allow such practices for admission.
