So my target is 12th (Maharashtra) boards so if I only solve textbook exercises so will I able to score 80% if not so how much and PYQ ?

Hello,
Your question does not have any official answer but by reading the trend of past years you can easily score a good amount of marks by just following the textbook as the question might differ but the concept remains same.
According to me one can easily score 80% marks by following textbook and combining it with PYQ you can score upto 90 to 100% marks.
