The cat score was not known for now because results are not release . See below as per 2018 census you can have a belief in that cat score will be accepted by some colleges in 2019.

As much as I have read, yes, IP University will now accept CAT 2018 scores and the aspirants will not have to give the usual IPUCET. However, this is only for a few colleges in the University and not all and these colleges may set up certain self CAT cutoff (minimum) scores as a selection criteria.
