Hello meridang,

Well you do not need to go ukarine or other country. I mean you can go it is an option but not the best one unless you want to settle abroad.

You cannot do anything with these neet score but you can take admission in a private college that offers admission on the basis of 12th percentage. You could go for courses like BDS, BPT, BOD, bhms, bams or nursing in a private college or university.

Just search for good private colleges in your state offering a course you desire and check if you are eligible for admission or not and there you go
