So,basically now I am 12th pass. And I am really confused about one thing i.e. whether to go for Btech in Biotechnology (as this is the only option we PCBians get) while I am preparing for my neet.I'm so unsure about my NEET selection.

Not just B.Tech Biotechnology you can also study other Engineering branches though you belong to PCB or BiPC stream in 12 th standard. If you are not sure whether you can get good score in NEET theb you can opt for below mentioned Engineering branches also along with B.Tech Biotechnology.
List of Engineering branches for which BiPC students are eligible are given below.
