Some colleges are noticed as self finance in appgecet...my question fee reimbursement is work for self finance colleges..?

Self financed colleges don't accept reimbursement fee and you have to pay extra reimbursement for self financed colleges and if not possible you have to directly contact the authorities for submission of the extra reimbursement fee.
