If u willing to get into IIT then this is the right time.To get expertise in maths then start preparing basic level books like
Rd Sharma Objective Mathematics for IIT JEE
This book have questions from basic to high level .In this there are large no of questions .so only do examples.Try to analyse each and every question to understand the concept and stuck to only one book.ART IS NOT DOING NO.OF QUESTIONS BUT ART IS DOING 1 QUESTION IN NO. OF WAYS.After understanding the concepts try to solve previous year question.Do practice on regular basis.Try to solve the question without taking help of solutions.
