you have to freeze the college if you want a college in IPU if you dont freeze the college then you wont get that college, although that college will be retained in your next round if you dont get a better college than that according to your choice filling.

You can always go for spot round when all the rounds of counselling are over and it is necessary to pay the fees for spot round if you are going for it.
