Ok. First of all I would like to tell you Rishabh, that the basis on which you must select your college must be on following points:-
1. No. Of teaching faculties
2. How often does the OPD of your adjoining hospital run.
3. Catchment area of college's hospital

This is because, your learning is based on how the teacher guides you and how many cases or patients you were able to observe during your course. So please try talking to as many people as you can and find out about these facilities first. Once you know this go with the hospital that can give you more no. Of patients. I would not bias my view, but yes if you get an opportunity go with the one that covers more of catchment area
