As my personal choice, I will prefer SRK COE over Sri Vidyaniketan COE. Every colleges has its own pros and cons, but some rules are pretty strict in Shri Vidyaniketan college like girls and boys are not allowed to talk in the campus, the mess food quality for vegetarians, etc are not good enough. Education faculty and facilities wise both the colleges will be ranked same - fair enough.
