Hello,
Yes you can go Engineering with 65 percentage in SSC. SSC marks does not influence your Engineering. You have to work hard and definitely you can do Engineering with good CGPA.
You can do Engineering from Government or Private colleges in India. You should pass in 12th or Intermediate with good percentage. You have to qualify in JEE Mains or any state level Entrance exam to get seat into Engineering Colleges.
