The SSC CGL 2025 exam consists of four tiers :

Tier-I (CBT) : General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude and English Comprehension.

Tier-II (CBT) : Quantitative Abilities, English Language & Comprehension, Statistics (for specific posts).

Tier-III (Descriptive) : Essay, Letter, Application Writing (Pen & Paper).

Tier-IV (Skill Test) : Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) or Data Entry Speed Test (DEST) for specific posts.

The syllabus remains largely similar to previous years focusing on analytical and language skills.
