Yes, SSC CHCL application form is not yet released by Staff Selection Commission (SSC). The notification regarding SSC CHCL will be out on November 3, 2018. The application forms are expected to be available from November 3. You can apply for SSC CHCL till November 30. It will be available online and therefore you do not need to collect it from any centre.

The exam dates are not yet announced.

SSC CHSL notification will be released on November 3, 2018. Last date to apply is November 30, 2018. The exam dates have not been announced yet by the commission. last year, the exam of Tier 1 was conducted in March. The exam is conducted for recruitment of Lower Divisional Clerk/ Junior Secretariat Assistant, Postal Assistant/ Sorting Assistant and Data Entry Operator.
