This is too early for release of dates for ssc chsl 2022 application form as ssc chsl teir 1 2021 examination has not been conducted yet.
It has been postponed due to covid-19 and now scheduled to be conducted on August 4 to August 12, 2021. You can check the same at

In ideal case, the application form is generally released in November and the examination is conducted in the month of April so application form for SSC CHSL 2022 may be released in November 2021 and SSC CHSL 2022 will be conducted in April 2022.
Your SSC CHSL examination is conducted in three levels or tiers which are listed below:-
*tier -I :- it is Computer Based examination and questions are asked from General Intelligence, English Language, , Quantitative Aptitude and General Awareness.
*Tier - II :- it is a descriptive examination and is conducted in pen and paper mode . You have to write a letter or an application in 150 - 200 words and also an essay in 200 - 250 words either in Hindi or English.
* tier - III:- it is a skill or typing test.
