SSC has not yet announced the exam dates of SSC CHSL. However, it is expected that the exam will be conducted April/May 2019. The notification and application form will be released on p { margin-bottom: 0.25cm; line-height: 120%; January 19, 2019.

If you are asking about the tier-II exam of SSC CHSL, then The tier 2 exam of SSC CHSL will be conducted on July 15, 2018.
