As per the previous year cutoffs trend, to get admission in government medical college in your category under your category one need to score rank under 140000. But you rank is far from what is required. Therefore you have low chances for getting admission in government college for MBBS in your state.

However remember that cutoffs changes every year due to various factors such as number of students attempted exams and number of students participated in counselling, difficulty level of exam, reservations and more.
