Correct Answer: 40°


Solution :
Given, $\angle$RPT = 50°
Also, $\angle$RPQ = 90° (Angle of semi-circle)
and $\angle$TPS = 180°
Therefore, $\angle$SPQ = 180° – 50° – 90° = 40°
Hence, the correct answer is 40°.
