Hi Soumya,
Although the cut off for unreserved category has been marked as 119, truth is it is impossible to get a government medical seat with this score. Clearing cut off only means that you qualify to sit in counseling. To get a government MBBS seat, you should try to score 550+ for All India Quota and 500+ for state quota.
