Hello Sir,
As far as I know, you can get the domicile certificate of a state if you have stayed there or done your schooling from that particular state for more than ten years. Else If your daughter has a birth certificate of that particular state, then it won't be a problem, otherwise she won't be able to compete in state quota eligibility. She will have to go for All India Quota.
