I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but there's no state level medical entrance exam which is conducted by kerela government or any other state government  for admission into mbbs, bds, bans, bhms etc.

Actually there's no state level medical entrance exam, NEET is the single entrance exam to get into all the medical colleges of India including all the aiims and Jipmer. So if you want to get into medical colleges then you need to appear for neet examination.
