Yes, you can appear in NEET exam if you have Open Board class 12 marksheet. But you need to have an aggregate 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and also seprate 50% marks in English exam.

Earlier, students completing their higher secondary from open school were not allowed to give NEET. But as of now the High Court of Delhi has removed the clause which barred the students. Hence, students are eligible for NEET . However , NTA has stated that eligibility depends on the final verdict of the special petitions filed by MCI.
The eligibility criteria is to pass higher secondary with 50% with science stream for UR, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC/SC/ST.
