The state counselling committees have released the state-wise NEET rank list 2020 for admission to 85% state quota seats and all seats in private medical and dental colleges. Apart from MBBS and BDS, through NEET 2020 state merit list will be used for admission to AYUSH courses and 525 BVSc & AH courses . Along with that, passing NEET by securing the minimum cut off percentile is also crucial to be considered eligible for admission to 85% state quota seats and private colleges/universities.

First of all many states have yet to release their merit lists and since you have not mentioned any specific state for which you require the list for so I am attaching a link for more information on state wise ranks, and merit lists which will be updated regularly as lists are released:
