The Indian states that don’t allow non-domiciled students for NEET Counseling (even for private medical colleges) are called the Closed States.

The closed States are-

• Maharashtra,
• Madhya Pradesh,
• Gujarat,
• Punjab,
• Jammu & Kashmir,
• Chhattisgarh, and
• Odisha.
