Please login to your account on the official website. On the top of your dashboard, you will find something written either in green or red box.
This would be the status of your application.This is the only way you can know whether your application is accepted or not.
No mail would be sent to you regarding this matter.
You can check the final status of your application on 25th of january 2019.

Dear Astha, please follow these steps to check your application status:
Visit the AIIMS exam official website- aiimsexams.org.
Click on ‘Status of Basic Registration of AIIMS MBBS-2019 Session has been uploaded’.
In the Applicant Login Zone enter your login credentials- Registration id and Password.
Click on the 'Login' button.You can see the status of your registration on the screen.
