In case of these kind of nomenclature where both an alicyclic ring and an alliphatic side chain is present then

• If the side chain contains a multiple bond or a functional group the alicyclic ring is treated as a substituent irrespective of the size of the ring.

So the structure would be as follows :

The other rules in case both ring and straight  chain is present are :

• If ring contains more or equal number of carbon atoms the it is considered as parent compound
• Is side chain has more number of carbon atoms than ring it is considered as parent chain
