Dear aspirant,kudos for clearing NEET.So now as per previous year cutoff for general student you have chances of getting BDS course in Government Dental College,srinagar which was having a last cutoff marks as 427.so chances are there of getting this college.Regarding MBBS course in jammu and kashmir, it's hard to get MBBS course in this marks range.

The cutoffs for J and K students are different for different categories since you have not mentioned your category , i am providing you the previous year cutoffs for government medical colleges for all categories :
unreserved - 440
SC 285
ST 249
This year , the cutoffs are expected to increase by a score of 25.So , in that case , you have decent chances if you belong to reserved category , otherwise you only have chances for private colleges only.
