Hello,

The score of 164 in NEET UG is pretty low if you are looking for admission in any deemed private or government institutions. With the All India quota Seats (15%) you will not get admission to any BAMS or BDS colleges, buts since you have a state quota of Punjab, you can check the link below for the cutoffs in different colleges through the State Quota seats (85%):
