1. BE/B.tech/B.Arch/Post Graduate/M.Sc students from any recognized board can apply .

2. Final year's or Pre-final year's students can apply .

There is no upper age limit

and no number of attempts limit for get .

Their is no age limit for GATE 2019 exam.

For those whi have done or doing B.tech their eligibility for GATE exam is:

Eligible candidates description: Currently in the final year or already completed

Qualifying Year cannot be later than: 2019

further: While applying for GATE 2019, there is no minimum pass percentage in the qualifying degree.

yes you are eligible for answering GATE exam. There is no age  limit for answering GATE exam. And also there is no maximum no of attempts. A candidate can answer GATE exam as many times as he wants. The only eligibility criteria is to pass B.E/ B. Tech.
