Dear candidate,

As per the NTA, Candidates who have studied biology as additional subject in 2021, they can get admission in any medical colleges through NEET Exam. You have chosen biology as additional subject not as optional subject so you can get admission in any medical college and you are also eligible for the NEET exam.
