If you are a Commerce or arts student, that doesn't matter. At FLAME university, we look at the critical skills you need to have and every other university also look for critical skills that you need to be curious, you need to have certain thirst for knowledge, you need to be an effective communicator, you can't be an introvert and be a liberal arts student. When you explore, you have to make a choice to pursue a major. There  is no prescription for commerce students, arts students. Liberal arts university is not mainly concerned about the subjects you have studied in 11th and 12th except when there are regulatory requirements that uGC may say that if you want to pursue bachelor of arts and Hons degree in economics, you should have mathematics in class 12th.
