Hey,
Bachelor of Commerce or B.Com is a three years long undergraduate programme. The course aims to equip a student with the knowledge of fields like banking, finance and accounting.
The basic eligibility criteria is that the candidate must have passed 12th from a recognized board with minimum 50 percent. The candidates myst also have studied English and Mathematics as the core subject in the 12th.
With percentage between 41 and 45,the chances are low that you would get a good private college. However, there are colleges that accept donations,so you may get admission over there.
Some of the private colleges that offer B.Com are:
1.Amity University
2. Sharda University
3. Lovely Professional University
4. Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics
Hope this helps.
Good luck.
