B.Com. or Bachelor of Commerce

This is an undergraduate degree in the field of commerce or management. The course is basically designed for students who are good with numbers.


The B.Com. is designed to enhance the ability to learn as the students study variety of subjects: Accountancy, Business Administration, Finance, Economics and Industrial Policies. This course equips one with the analytical, communication and problem-solving skills to effectively identify issues, source information and to find efficient and practical solutions. These days students can opt for B Com with various specializations like International Accounting / Company Secretaryship / Entrepreneurship / Business Analytics / Travel and Tourism etc.

BBA or Bachelor of Business Administration

This course is for students who have good managerial skills. The course mainly includes basic business studies and advanced with specific focuses as well.

Bachelor of business administration , on the other hand, is a professional course, and it is offered at few universities and of these, only a handful of colleges / institutes offer quality course. Choosing the right institute is key to landing up in a good job.

Hey,

if you are very much interested in theory i would say you should go for bba. Bba and bcom both have theory but bcom has the theory of law subjects like business law, corporate law etc. whereas in BBA you will learn practical theory of business.
