Students who studied in IIT are allowed or not for appearing in UPSC civil exams ..?

Yes, a candidate who has graduated from IIT. The eligibility criteria to appear for UPSC Civil Services Entrance Examination is that a candidate must have passed Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized board. The minimum age as of August 1 in the year of appearance in the examination is 21 years. The upper age limit is 32 years. For candidates belonging to reserved category relaxation is applicable on upper age limit. SO you are eligible to appear for UPSC IAS Entrance Examination if you pass in Bachelor's Degree from IIT provided you must fulfill the age requirement as well. Yes of course they are eligible for all the exams conducted by UPSC. See IITs are top known and recognized technical institutions of India and it's degree is valid across all over the world and whatever course you pursue from any of the IIT will be considered as valid. So if you are studying in IIT then it is very good thing and you will be eligible for all the UPSC exams if you would satisfy all other eligibility criterion of the specific exam.
