Since you have not mentioned the specific scholarship you are looking for, it is really difficult for me to tell you exactly if you are eligible or not. As All NSP scholarships are being offered by different department functioning under the Government of India. Thus, the eligibility criteria for each NSP scholarship may vary. Please check individual scholarships to know their eligibility criteria.

Dear student, a candidate who has studied from government school or college is definitely eligible to apply for National scholarship program. There is no such rule that the scholarship programs are only available for private school student. You just need to fulfill the criteria laid down the scholarship program.
