Hi dear,

In case of NEET exam candidate must have Domicile of the state and pass class 11 and 12 from Maharashtra to get a seat through 85% state quota.

Hope this helps

yes dear if you have Maharashtra domicile then you will get the benefit of Maharashtra quota easily and you didn't get Telangana quota because you don't have Telangana. Domicile is the permanent proof of address of yours and through domicile, you can get the benefit of a quota of your state.

All the best
