Dear Maria, if a candidate has passed MBBS from any other country other than India, you need to take a test called FMGE conducted by the NBE. So ideally, you should have passed the MCI exam before you apply for NEET PG. This FMGE is an exam for a candidate who has pursued his/her MBBS outside India to practise in India. So whether its AIIMS or NEET PG, a candidate has to clear the FMGE. MCI approved universities are only within India. Cos MCI cannot approve universities outside India.
