Hello dear
Read NCERT biology over and over plus solve MCQs from MTG or other book.
For chemistry read NCERT plus your coaching notes and modules along with good MCQs book
For physics read only limited material like go through only topic by topic need not to cover whole of the syllabus
After that, if you've joined a coaching institution, your institute might be providing with some study materials. Follow them religiously for those materials are prepared by keeping in mind the trends of questions in the recent past.
After that, if you have any time left, you can follow individual references for every subject.
See the best study material for NEET examination preparation is the ncert textbooks this book is like a bible to prepare for the NEET examination of you do that much also you can score easily a very good marks in the NEET examination but make sure that the concepts from it are on your finger tips also I would like to recommend you to please buy any of the mcqs books to prepare for NEET examination for practice of the mcqs.
Then it would be better if u join some institute along with doing only study materials . because physics needs help .
But still if u want to know about the materials then both aakash and Allen modules are really good .
Otherwise you can use other books like for
For biology : dinesh , coaching books , mtg
Chemistry : abc , coaching books , op tandon
Physics: coaching books , hc verma , pradeep
ALL THESE ARE IN ADDITION TO NCERT , ncert is a must for neet and aiims
All the very best
Hope it helps
The foremost study material for it will be your 11th NCERT books. Study those book and get prepared. If you wish you can also use the materials from the various coaching centres
Ideally the materials provided by Institutions like Aakash and Allen should be sufficient giving you good enough exposure across all the chapters from the three subjects of physics chemistry and Biology
Otherwise if you are looking for subject specific books which will help you with the MCQ a book like SL Arora will help you with the concepts and Arihant with the MCQs for physics
Okay mystery a book like op Agarwal /op Tandon would be ideal along with Dinesh MCQ books
For Biology a book like Veer Bala Rastogi is informative vs strowman and the Dinesh series can be tried for the MCQ purposes
However most importantly you should be giving mock examinations to help you with the questions election and time management skills so that you can work on your weaknesses minimise a negative markings and get the maximum score out of all MCQ examinations
Hope this helps, thank you
