There will be three parts in Indian Army BSc Nursing Examination and those are- General English; General intelligence or general awareness and Science category means Physics, Chemistry and Biology. For General English, you can study Wren And Martin High School Grammar or your class 9-10 English Grammar Book. This will be enough for English Preparation. For General Awareness, you must read Newspapers daily thoroughly. Stay updates yourself with the current affairs. For PCB group, you can start with NCERT Textbooks as these books are written in Simple Language and easily understandable to everyone. Once you complete NCERTs, you can move on to solving complex problems in Books like HC Verma for Physics, Truman Biology Vol 1 and 2 for Biology and Solve chemical calculations from RC Mukherjee.
