Total = 2,00,000
Electric items = 15% of total
$=\frac{15}{100}\times 200000=30000$
Ravi gets an 8% discount on electric items
⇒ Price after discount $=30000-\frac{8}{100}\times 30000$
$=30000-2400=27600$
Furniture = 17% of total cost
$=\frac{17}{100}\times 200000=34000$
Ravi gets a 10% discount on furniture,
⇒ Amount after getting discount $= 34000-\frac{10}{100}\times 34000$
$=34000-3400=30600$
$\therefore$ Total amount he paid for furniture and electric items = 30,600 + 27,600 = INR 58,200
