I'm happy that you wish to pursue Data Science Masters in abroad countries. A Master's degree in data science doesn't vary enormously if you achieve it in India or in a different country. You will still get similar job placements with similar packages. Doing masters from a country like USA will most likely get you a bigger package. You won't find any problems in finding jobs abroad with your current plan.
