For Physics and Chemistry, you need to build concepts, if you are able to do so, 400 marks is easy to score. However, personally, I advise you to aim for higher than 400 keeping competition in mind.
hi saravanakumar , let me tell you how i prepared. first of all i would like to say that, when i gave my neet around 310 marks out of 360 came from NCERT book straight, so what i would say is thorough the ncert text book first , cover to cover , page by page. know it like the back of your hand.now you can add another 20 marks or 30 marks extra to it if you use any good books available. there are many good books there, so it doesnt really matter. if you have enrolled in any coaching institute, use their materials as well. the remaining 30 is the tough part. it all depends on how well you understood your subject and how extensive you have read. so dont bother about the 30. stick to ncert , then solve mcqs and use your coaching material, this if done properly will shoot up your marks for sure. good luck buddy
NCERT books is the Gold Standard for NEET Examinations. You need to pay attention to every line on every page, every figure, table, diagram, formulae, basically, every single details in those texts. Even after you manage to complete that, it is not easy to recollect minute details during the examination. Therefore, revision is very imperative for your preparations. I would have recommended one objective question bank per subject so that you could familiarize yourself with the pattern of questions and also apply concepts through them. You could have answered questions after revising your topics. However, since time is of the essence, start solving previous years question papers. You will need to time yourself appropriately, just the way you would answer for your NEET Exam. After that, go through your solutions and see where you have gone wrong. Concepts that are not thorough must be revised and re-learnt. These last fews days are very important. So work smart. Do not mark questions you aren't sure of. You need to be vigilant about your time and don't burn yourself out. All the very best!

Studying NCERT itself is a herculean task if you pay attention to each and every word, picture, table etc. Be thorogh with it and you can scor really well.
Good luck.. prepare well for your exam..
